Asemeyando Asociación Fotográfica – Arte&Cultura Corea, a través de una estrecha cooperación, con el fin de lograr el desarrollo y revitalización del arte fotográfico, celebramos un acuerdo de colaboración en los siguientes términos.
Finalidad
La finalidad de este acuerdo de colaboración es que las dos organizaciones cooperen entre sí y contribuir a la globalización y revitalización del arte fotográfico a través del apoyo
artístico, del intercambio internacional de exposiciones y del intercambio cultural y artístico activo a través de un intercambio artístico internacional.
Ámbito de cooperación
- Cooperación mutua de recursos humanos y materiales para la celebración de eventos internacionales.
- Apoyo activo al desarrollo de las artes fotográficas internacionales y a la promoción de
las organizaciones.
- Otros asuntos que se consideren necesarios para el intercambio y la cooperación entre ambas organizaciones.
Consulta y coordinación
En caso de que se celebre una consulta adicional al presente acuerdo, se coordinará a través de las respectivas directivas de las dos organizaciones.
Confidencialidad
Toda la información importante obtenida en el desempeño de la cooperación comercial mutua
entre las dos organizaciones o los datos de información de la otra organización se mantendrán de manera confidencial, y no se utilizarán para otros fines sin acuerdo previo, ni se divulgarán ni suministrarán al exterior, y se mantendrán igual incluso después de la conclusión del acuerdo.

All important information obtained in the performance of mutual business cooperation.
